I provide services and advice to people going through separations, divorces, or disputes involving children.

"Family law" is a broad phrase often used by lawyers to refer to the rules and legal principles under the jurisdiction of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

In Australia, secular divorces and the process of separation and resolving disagreements, are derived from the Family Law Act 1975 and broadly the rules and decisions of the Family Court.

I have acted in: 

• Divorce applications;
• Negotiations for parenting plans and consent orders;
• Mediations over arrangements for children and the division of property (domestic and international); and
• Applications to the Family Court for urgent recovery orders, parenting orders, and property orders.

The Family Court is often conducted in an "online" format - however, there will be sittings of the Court for contentious matters in Brisbane and Toowoomba.
